Training: Thursday from 3.30 - 4.30pm.

Beginners, intermediate and advanced are welcome, with training sessions adapted to cater for all abilities.

Training sessions work on strength, agility, speed and technique.

On the colder days, the sessions work on strength and conditioning to build endurance.

Recently the students participated in the Connaught cross country competition, with one of our students making it to the Connaught finals.
